Employee Anonymous Reporting System

The Board of Lucas County Commissioners wants to ensure that employees in Departments and Agencies under the Board have a safe workplace free from harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and improper ethical conduct. To reach that goal, an anonymous reporting hotline has been established through Syntrio, an independent and confidential reporting service.

Please note: This reporting system is for Lucas County employee concerns only. Constituent reports should be directed to the Department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Confidential reports may be filed online, by calling 833-782-8973 or 800-216-1288 for Spanish, by email, or by fax at 215-689-3885. Email and fax reports must include "lucascounty" when submitted.

It is also possible to download an Anonymous Reporting App for Apple and Android phones by scanning the QR codes below and entering the keyword "lucascounty" into the app. You can also visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Anonymous Reporting.”

For additional information on the Anonymous Reporting System, including how to file a report, please watch this training video.
