TOLEDO, Ohio — The Lucas County Commissioners invite residents to take an active role in shaping the future of their community by applying to serve as a member of the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority Board.
The appointment will fill an open seat set to expire on July 31, 2025. The open seat will be a new four-year term that will begin on August 1, 2025 and end on July 31, 2029.
Residents from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The Port Authority’s Board is comprised of 13 members. The Board of Lucas County Commissioners and the City of Toledo each appoint six members including one joint appointment.
