Bridges Program Forms and Filings

BRIDGES is a voluntary statewide program that provides housing and support services for young adults between the ages of 18 and 21 who aged out of foster care in the State of Ohio. To be eligible, the young adult must be engaged in one the following:

  • Completing high school or equivalent (e.g. GED)
  • Enrolled in college or a vocational education program
  • Participating in a program to promote or remove barriers to employment
  • Employed for at least 80 hours a month
  • Unable to do any of the above due to physical or mental health condition documented by a qualified practitioner
