City of Toledo residents have access to the Solid Waste Accessibility Program (SWAP) through Republic. SWAP is available for Toledo residents who need assistance getting their trash and recycling carts to the curb. Residents with disabilities should call Republic Services at 419.936.2511 to request assistance. Applicants will be sent a request form.
