As a reminder, be watchful for potential email scams.  Recently, a citizen received an email from someone claiming to be from a debt collection agency requesting large amounts of money from the citizens in order to discharge an alleged lawsuit pending at the Sixth District Court of Appeals. The alleged collector advised the citizen that they were required to attend a hearing scheduled for September 1, 2023 at the Sixth District Court of Appeals.  No such hearings are scheduled.
