On 7/7/2025, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy on the body of 37-year-old Stefan Garrett and found the cause of death to be Gunshot Wound of the Back. The manner of death is ruled as a Homicide. Stefan Garrett was pronounced dead at St. Vincent’s Hospital on 7/6/2025 at 8:34 am from injuries sustained earlier that morning at Agenda Sports Bar & Grill on Matzinger Road, Toledo, Ohio.
