On November 1, 2025, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy on the body of 35-year-old Devonta Miller. The cause of death was found to be multiple gunshot wounds. The manner of death is classified as homicide. Mr. Miller was transported from 2052 Starr Avenue in Toledo to St Charles Hospital and was declared dead at 4:18 a.m. on November 1, 2025.
