Board of Supervisors Monthly Meeting Dates

Lucas SWCD Board meetings for 2025 will be held at the Lucas SWCD office (3350 Hill Ave., Suite K, Toledo, OH 43607), at 9 AM on the 3rd Wednesday of each month except for January 29, April 23, June 18 at 5:00 PM, and September 24. The public is welcome to attend a Board Meeting of the Lucas SWCD -- however, we ask that you let us know prior to attending.

Animal Waste Compost Facility

The Blue Creek Compost Facility is open and accepting vegetarian animal waste: horse, chicken, rabbit manure, etc. by appointments focusing on Wednesday. Call (419) 893-1966 for an appointment or more information. Cost to dump is $5 per cubic yard. A level pick up truck bed is two cubic yards.
