Overview

The Toxicology Laboratory of the Lucas County Coroner opened the doors of its state-of-the-art restricted access laboratory in January 2005, providing toxicology analyses to a variety of clients throughout Ohio and Michigan including:

• Coroners and Medical Examiners in 20 surrounding counties.
• Legal Agencies: Law enforcement and other governmental officials
• Independent Professionals: Physicians, Attorneys
• Clinical Agencies: Hospitals, Trauma

Our cases vary from routine analyses to high-profile forensic investigations.

Our staff includes experienced board-certified forensic toxicologists, forensic scientists, and medical toxicologists who can be reached at (419) 213-3950 to answer any questions regarding specimen collection, tests, or case status. Regular business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Licensed by the Ohio Department of Health for forensic alcohol and drug analyses.
