To The Citizens Of Lucas County:

On Wednesday, March 19, 2008 starting at 9:00 a.m., our office will make available for sale
approximately 92 parcels of real property. There have been changes to the
Forfeited Land Sale Rules
so please review before you bid on a parcel. All the properties are located within Lucas
County and have been forfeited to the State of Ohio. The properties were forfeited due to
long-term tax delinquency. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5723.06(a), these properties
cannot be sold to any person who is delinquent on real estate taxes in the State of Ohio.
Any person who purchases property at this sale and who is delinquent on real estate taxes in
Ohio shall forfeit the deposit made for the purchase of the property, and the sale shall be vacated.
Please carefully review these properties on the Recent FFL Sale Listing and the
Forfeited Land Sale Rules as listed.
