The Board of Lucas County Commissioners oversees a number of important public services for our residents, including Job and Family Services, Workforce Development, The Source, Child Support Enforcement, Emergency Services, the Dog Warden, and the Sanitary Engineer, among others.

Under Ohio law, the Board also oversees the budget for all Lucas County elected officials, agencies, and departments.
