1. From Attorneys – Can you tell me when the sale date is? Has the writ of possession been issued? Has the deed been issued? Has a paper been served, etc.?

We either look it up for them in our system, or tell them that they may now go to our website and click on the icon to our case management system and look all this information up themselves.

2. From homeowners – is there anything I can do to save my property?

We give them phone numbers to call for agencies in the area that may be able to help. It would be helpful to have a link on our website to these agencies.

3. How long do I have to stay in my home before I am forced to leave?

We explain the whole foreclosure process to them and the timeline.
