| The Lucas County Engineer’s Office has various road and bridge projects included in its capital
improvement program. Improvements are scheduled on an annual basis according to need and available
finding. Road improvements include resurfacing, widening, and other major improvements which are
not categorized under normal street maintenance programs. Information may be obtained on streets
and bridges currently scheduled for improvements in the next several years by contacting the Lucas
County Engineer’s Office at 213-4540 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.
