For too long, our community has been unable to make strategic, data-driven decisions about our vacancy challenge, our housing stock, and needed investments.
Instead of waiting any longer, the Land Bank began The Toledo Survey project in 2014 to finally answer these questions. Utilizing volunteers and paid staff, the Land Bank visited all 122,000 properties in the City of Toledo and conducted a sidewalk condition survey.
Now, the collection work has finished. It's time to take the next steps on this important project.
